At AURA Pakistan we want you to 
love your purchase. If for any 
reason you are not completely 
satisfied we are here to help.

7-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 7 days from the date 
of delivery to return your item.

To be eligible for a return:
— Item must be unused and 
   in original condition
— Item must be in original 
   packaging with all accessories
— Tags and warranty card must 
   be intact and attached
— Proof of purchase required

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following items are not 
eligible for return:
— Items showing signs of use 
   or wear
— Items with scratched or 
   damaged lenses
— Items returned without 
   original packaging
— Items returned after 7 days 
   of delivery

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: WhatsApp us at [your number] 
within 7 days of delivery

Step 2: Share your order number 
and reason for return

Step 3: Send photos of the item 
showing the issue

Step 4: Our team will review and 
approve your return within 
24 hours

Step 5: Send the item back to 
our address via any courier

Step 6: Share the tracking number 
with us on WhatsApp

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect 
your returned item we will 
notify you within 2 business days.

If return is approved:

For COD orders:
Refund will be processed via 
bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa 
within 3-5 business days.

For online payment orders:
Refund will be processed to 
original payment method within 
5-7 business days.

Return shipping cost is borne 
by the customer unless the item 
is defective or incorrect.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM
If you received a defective item 
or wrong product:

— We will cover all return 
   shipping costs
— Full refund or replacement 
   will be provided
— No questions asked

with photos of the issue.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not offer 
direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange please:
1. Return original item
2. Place a new order

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item arrived damaged 
during shipping:

— Take photos immediately
— WhatsApp us within 24 hours 
   of delivery
— We will arrange replacement 
   or full refund

Claims after 24 hours of 
delivery for transit damage 
may not be accepted.

REFUND TIMELINE SUMMARY
