WHERE WE SHIP
AURA Pakistan delivers to all cities 
and towns across Pakistan including 
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, 
Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, 
Peshawar, Quetta, and all other 
cities and rural areas nationwide.

We currently only ship within Pakistan.
International shipping is not available.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 
1-2 business days after order 
confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or 
public holidays are processed 
the next business day.

You will receive a WhatsApp or 
SMS confirmation once your order 
has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, 
Islamabad): 2-3 business days
Remote areas: 5-7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates 
and may vary due to courier delays, 
weather conditions, or public holidays.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping on all orders 
across Pakistan. No minimum 
order required.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on 
all orders nationwide.

Pay when your parcel arrives 
at your doorstep. No advance 
payment required.

COD orders require phone 
verification before dispatch. 
Our team will call or WhatsApp 
you to confirm your order details.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched 
you will receive a tracking number 
via WhatsApp or SMS.

You can track your order using 
the tracking number on our 
courier partner's website.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled before 
dispatch by contacting us on 
WhatsApp at +92 319 2884150.

Once dispatched orders cannot 
be cancelled but can be returned 
as per our Return Policy.

FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to:
— Incorrect address provided
— Customer unavailable at address
— Customer refused delivery

A second delivery attempt will 
be made. If second attempt also 
fails the order will be returned 
to us and reshipping charges 
may apply.
